About Advanced Early Learning - Walker Street

At Advanced Early Learning, we implement Belonging, Being and Becoming – The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia. Through this framework, we build on children’s interests, knowledge, experience and background as individuals within the group.

We ensure routines are flexible so that children have time to learn and play, make choices and be co-constructors of their learning.

We create opportunities for children to engage in a variety of experiences that encompass all developmental and key learning areas.

We establish effective practices for evaluation and planning, identifying each child’s needs and interests.

At Advanced Early Learning We work in partnership with parents, inviting and welcoming families to be involved in our programming by working collaboratively with staff.

We respect that our educators possess the strengths, talents, experience, skills and interests to positively contribute to our programs.

We develop a trusting relationship with each child and their family.

Responsive learning relationships are strengthened as educators and children learn together and share decisions, respect and trust.

We value and build on children’s strengths, skills and knowledge to ensure they remain motivated and engaged in learning.

At Advanced Early Learning We acknowledge that children are capable and resourceful and are active contributors in their learning process.

We recognise that each child is unique and we value each child’s sense of self and individuality.

We encourage children to think, feel, ask and explore through positive and authentic interactions.

We provide welcoming indoor and outdoor learning environments and opportunities for learning that enrich, stimulate, support and cater to every child.

Our educators are responsive to all children’s strengths, abilities and interests.

We previously enrolled our son in a daycare that was extremely expensive, with frequent staff turnover, which made it hard to feel settled and not worth the price! After searching for a better fit, we were recommended Advanced Early Learning – Walker Street, and we have absolutely no regrets. The team is enthusiastic, fun, and genuinely caring towards our boys. They consistently go above and beyond, offering engaging incursions and thoughtfully celebrating special events like Harmony Day and Easter. Although we’ve only been enrolled since October 2025, we’ve already seen how much our boys have learned and grown. Most importantly, they are happy — which means everything to us.
