Camp Australia - Woongarrah Public School OSHC

My niece attended this centre for less than two months, only once a week, and during this time she developed several illnesses while attending the centre, resulting in multiple absences. We provided two weeks notice to withdraw her. However, management advised she still needed to attend on the last day for a few hours, so we had to obtain a medical certificate stating she was not fit to attend. We felt this lacked understanding given her health condition. The staff were supportive however, we were disappointed with the approach taken by management.
