To the School Management, I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the lack of professional care for my child, [Child's Name]. Despite paying for your services, the following issues have become unacceptable: 1. Staff Negligence: Every morning, I am forced to wait at the door for 10 minutes before a teacher arrives. Furthermore, when my child is crying during drop-off, the staff offers no comfort or assistance to help them settle into the classroom. 2. Feeding Neglect: My child remained hungry from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM because the teachers made zero effort to encourage or assist them with eating. It is the school's basic responsibility to ensure a child is fed and cared for. As a parent, I expect a safe and supportive environment. If these issues regarding supervision and basic feeding are not corrected immediately, I will be forced to withdraw my child and take further action. I look forward to your urgent response and a clear plan for improvement.
