First Steps Early Learning Centre Goonellabah

We are very disappointed with our experience at this childcare centre. We feel our child has not received the proper care and attention they deserve. On several occasions, staff were unable to provide clear feedback about our child’s day and often responded with “I don’t know” or said another educator handled it. As parents, this lack of communication is very concerning. We expect consistent care, proper supervision, and clear updates about our child’s wellbeing and daily activities. We also felt uncomfortable at times and worried that our child was not being treated with the same level of care and respect as others.
