Helen's Family Day Care

Hi, and welcome to Helen's family day care! My role as a Family day care Educator is to create a safe, positive, nurturing and fun environment. A home away from home - where the children feel a strong sense of belonging.

I strive to do this by building their self confidence and self esteem with encouragement and praise. By giving children choices, will allow them to become independent and confident in their daily activities. My mission is to create an educational environment with engaging learning opportunities. Focussing on experiences based on children’s ideas, interests and likes.

My relationships with families are so important to me. Working together in collaborative, effective and reflective way with good two way communication. It is central to ensuring continuity and progression in a child’s learning development, and future success.

My passion is encouraging children to learn during play, in everyday conversations and being a positive role model - guiding and supporting them to navigate their learning journey. Encouraging children to reach their full potential which enable's them to become the best versions of themselves!!
