Little Bees Childcare Burwood

My son has been attending Little Bees from the Farm Room through to the Jungle Room, and throughout this whole time our experience has only been positive. Everything about this childcare centre reflects a nurturing, caring, and highly professional environment. The staff show great attention to detail, and it is clear that every child’s wellbeing is their priority. One thing we are especially grateful for is the support we received with toilet training. The staff guided our son so well through this stage, which made a huge difference for us as parents and gave us one less thing to worry about at home. Our son is prone to febrile convulsions when he gets sick, which has always been a major concern for us. At previous childcare centres, we felt that our worries were not taken seriously and that the level of care was not what it should have been. At one centre, our son became sick and was crying constantly, yet nobody checked on him properly. This ended with him having a febrile convulsion and being taken to hospital by ambulance, which was a very frightening experience for our family. Since coming to Little Bees, we have felt completely different. The staff are extremely attentive, caring, and responsible, and they always take our concerns seriously. They go to great lengths to make sure every child is safe, comfortable, and well looked after. We also appreciate how attentive the staff are with daily care. Our son has never had issues like nappy rash here, which shows how closely the children are monitored and cared for. The centre is clearly well staffed, never understaffed, and every educator deserves praise for the effort they put in every day. We love how much time and dedication has gone into creating such a well-run centre. The management is organised, professional, and supportive, which gives us confidence that our son is in a stable environment where he can learn, grow, and develop properly. My wife and I could not be happier with our decision to keep him at Little Bees. The food variety is excellent, our son enjoys the meals, and he even naps better there than he does at home.
