Being new to nsw And enrolling my kids. I wont recommend this centre. Worst adminstration staff. I booked a tour and was told we have some days available. I got a call on Friday 20th march by Lauren that we have the days available. And submit the fees. It wasnt just one it was many calls back and forth. I submitted the fees on spot she asked for my card number etc. My orientation was all set on the same day. It was Friday where we had some personal celebration also we were busy. I apparently missed one call which was half hour earlier fir the orientation. I visited the centre. Suddently i got all those stares And rene asked me if you attended the most recent call from lauren I said no We were busy its our cultural celebration day. With my son and a baby in one hand i called back to lauren And this is what she said Sorry but their was a system error we dont have these days at all. Neither in this centre or the other. After all the trouble I went through Visitng centres With 2 kids recently moved to nsw And this is the first image i receive. Its already hard to relocate and then finding a centre for your kids. Anyhow Its been 3 weeks And im comstantly calling back along with emails about my refund. But still all i receive is that its in process . What is this ? Centers deduct fees every week from parents regarding childcare But when it comes to refund Excuses. I still havnt received my refund And im not getting any responses from emails either. I contacted my bak for a dispute. I was in QLD and the centre that my chuld was enrolled was the best On spot refunds credits etc But this the worst adminstrations staff ever! Didnt want to give any stars But had to put 1
