We couldn't be happier with our decision to move our son to Seedlings Mitchelton! After a difficult experience elsewhere, the team here—especially the manager Emilie who is so kind and considerate —have been a breath of fresh air. My son who is a bilingual child, faced significant challenges in other places. But the team here didn't just see 'behavior'; they saw a little boy who needed a sense of belonging and some extra language support. In just two months, we’ve seen him go from being 'lost' and frustrated to leading songs, joining in group projects, and even helping to pack away toys. The teachers are incredibly proactive, staying close to help him navigate social play with 'gentle guidance' rather than just watching from afar. Seedlings just doesn’t provide childcare, it provided partnership to us. Gave us confidence to look for full time work knowing our child is thriving here.
