Our son has been attending Sparrow for four years, and without a doubt we are having the most wonderful experience with no issues at all. Communication is always clear, and the staff are consistently supportive and caring. The rooms are neat, clean, and well-maintained, reflecting the pride they take in their environment. They thoughtfully follow the curriculum while providing a wide range of engaging and natural resources for the children. The team truly goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome every day, and we greatly appreciate the regular feedback provided at the end of each day. It’s a very well-run centre where everything feels calm and organised, with a strong sense of structure always in place. The system and organisation happening behind the scenes (which we don’t always see) clearly plays a big role in what we do see in the classrooms. Coming from the childcare industry myself, I’m genuinely impressed with how the team presents themselves and how effectively Sparrows is run. There is strong consistency in staffing, with very little turnover, which is always reassuring for us as parents. Rana At the front Office is AMAZING!! Her gentle approach immediately puts us at ease whenever we have any concerns or questions. She consistently ensures our needs are met and never hesitates to support us in any way possible. Her advice is always clear and straightforward, and her daily follow-ups provide reassurance and peace of mind. My daughter has now been a part of Sparrows for the past nine months, and it has played such a significant role in her growth. She is so happy there, and it’s clear that all the staff genuinely care for and love her. I feel completely confident in leaving our children in their care, my trust in them has never been questioned, I cannot fault the place.
